'SunflintView' was founded on a heartfelt vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to our town. Established by the Romano household in 1985, we began as a quaint, family-owned shop, preserving recipes that have been cherished and passed on for generations.
Marco Romano, our pioneering founder, acquired the traditional pizza craft on a sojourn throughout Italy, mentoring with renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. When she returned to our community, her goal was to replicate the enchantment of classic Italian pizza, using time-honored techniques and the purest ingredients.
From its inception as a cozy venue with only a dozen seats, the place has evolved into a much-admired local fixture. Yet our dedication to top-notch quality and genuine methods remains constant. We continue to employ original wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough fresh each day, and select only the best ingredients attainable.
Presently, 'SunflintView' is still steered by the Romano family, with the torch passed to the second generation who leads our zealous team. While we have adopted some new technologies, the essence of our venture endures: crafting scrumptious, true pizzas that gather folks together.
